The world is recovering from a second pandemic that wrecked the economy and sent crime soaring. In response, ordinary people have taken to the streets as homemade superheroes known as “Tights.” Most have no powers, little training, and a habit of making the justice system’s problems even worse.
That’s precisely why federal judge Oliver Andrews throws the book at them whenever they end up in his courtroom.
But when a highly trained group of Tights blackmails him into helping dismantle San Francisco’s crime syndicates, Oliver finds himself becoming the very thing he hates most... a superhero.
